Role:

To undertake studies leading to the improvement of business processes as a result of the introduction of new technology.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years experience in providing software technology and business consultancy to major clients;


• Experience in standard systems analysis techniques;


• Knowledge of typical business process changes necessary to support CRM and web enabled transaction systems;


• Appreciation of commercial e-business and e-government economic drivers;


• Technological appreciation of e-business design criteria;


• Familiarity with the Best Practice review process;


• Strong team player;

Qualifications:

Good first or second degree in a numerate discipline, possibly MBA or equivalent.
